How Happily Whole Works

Ready to learn how this here site works?  I'd love to tell you more about Happily Whole and how to use it. It's my online home, after all, and I want you to feel comfortable here.....

A General Tour of What You'll find and feel:

It’s a place for you to come find rest, inspiration and encouragement to live well from the inside out. It's where you can feel your healthiest and most alive as you explore these pages. No matter where you are right now, when you're here you're headed in a happily whole direction!

But first a pinkie promise (as good as a binding contract around my parts): No judgment from me, no judgment from you.  We gotta start there because that’s where mindful living begins, with an awareness of the present moment without evaluation.

A sense of presence and self-awareness allows us to head in the direction of whole living, of heart living, of WELL living. From whole foods to nourishing movement to the way in which you pursue your life’s purpose, a healthy wholeness depends on your ability to live mindfully, yes, even in the mundane. You see, it's the intention underlying the habits that offer you potential to tap into the lifestyle you long for. 

This blog’s about nourishing your mind, body and soul as the whole woman you already are. You might find yourself reveling in the real food recipes or perhaps you prefer reading about my inside-out approach to eating intuitively and ways I'm inspired to live well. Or explore the motivating information about movement and try workouts for fit living. It’s in those sections where whole living takes tangible shape in your life.

Then, of course, there is where I bear my heart, where I really 'live'. In the articles of inspiration. It’s my imperfections and the lessons I’ve learned from the brokenness of widowhood to blessings of my healthy home. Not so tangible. But from my soul to yours, I truly hope it’s touching and mabe even relevant to your own life. Mine is messy, busy and blessed all at once. And since all struggles and triumphs work in tandem for the good of God, I just know there's a common ground we walk on!

The culmination of this living site, a journal of sorts, is my humble attempt at offering you a softer, more self-nourishing way of living well and seeking solace in God’s desire for you. For we cannot really live well within our souls without His hand guiding and urging us on.

What I hope you find is that the more mindful and meaningful approach to living happily whole frees your mind and energy from restrictive, self-regulating ways offered by social standards. There’s space and freedom as you learn what’s underneath and beyond the rule-based belief system of our society!

It’s your soul at stake—so let’s live well starting there and let all other healthy, whole choices emerge in authenticity.

Everything about living well is already yours. God provides the raw materials, we simply need to build to our specifications.

FREE on the site: Much of what you find on Happily Whole, including all you've heard about above, is yours for the taking. It’s my dream and heart’s desire to use any tool God equipped me with to enrich the lives and minds of women in their quests to find their own wellness way of life. So, come and take all you can from my heart to yours!  That might mean relaxing as you peruse the blog sifting through some of my little life’s lessons (and confessions) with a cup of tea in hand. Or maybe you’ll take action from more tangible ideas on the site as you try the workouts and recipes or watching webinars.

Membership: For those of you who want to wade further into waters of Happily Whole, consider a monthly membership. It’s created as an option to help you deepen your experience through sharing special ‘member’s only’ features on the site. Members enjoy:
