Our bodies were made to move but it’s so easy to sit the day away. Time goes on and tomorrows all become yesterdays, more yesterdays without feeling refreshingly fit in your blessed, one and only body.

This portion of the site is dedicated to your body’s strength, fitness and endurance. But also how fitness works hand in hand with the WHOLE you, how it fills something more than just a physical need. And how it can fit into your life wherever you are right now.

So, put on your favorite music and give this one a whirl! Or if you're so short on time that you can't even get these exercises done all at once, dress comfortably for your busy day and keep your computer, phone or tablet open so you can do them throughout the day!

I’m no militant trainer or boot camp style instructor. In fact, my heart and much of my personal workout time resides mindfully on my yoga mat. Yeah, I enjoy working hard and rocking a good sweaty exercise routine! But, you won’t find me raising my voice or sending my clients to the mat for pushups when they really feel more like a push over.
